The Women in Business Council is dedicated to offering education and networking opportunities for Women in Business. The Women In Business 2025 Mentorship Academy, Presented by Lickstein Plastic Surgery is an opportunity for women facing challenges affecting their career or business to grow personally and professionally. Each mentee is pair with a mentor who provides mentees with guidance, motivation, and encouragement on their professional and personal journeys. Our six sessions are complemented by a Kickoff, happy hours, and a Final Session. We strive to ensure that our mentees can take actionable steps with the one-on-one guidance of their mentors in order to realize their dreams.
WHY?
To offer growth and support to a female businessperson. We will:
- Identify career inhibitors in your life and work
- Create strategies to overcome the various career inhibitors
- Assist in developing leadership skills for advancing her career
- Instill confidence and provide a business support network
- Help you reach your full potential!

Mentees have a two-step process:
- Register online via the event registration on the right-hand part of the screen.
- Submit application using the survey link in the confirmation email you receive after registering.
