Her work has spanned complex financial crimes\, violent crimes against children\, organized crime\, securities fraud\, international money laundering\, and disaster-related fraud investigations.\n\nThroughout her career\, she has collaborated with agencies including the Securities and Exchange Commission\, local and state law enforcement\, and tribal authorities to investigate high-profile cases and secure successful convictions. She has received numerous honors including the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association Award and Law Enforcement Officer of the Year recognition.\n\nAgent Halleran currently serves as the FBI Miami Recruiter Coordinator and as a Behavioral Analysis Unit Coordinator\, helping connect law enforcement agencies with FBI resources to combat complex and violent criminal activity.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nKrystyna Krakowski\n\nFirefighter/Paramedic Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue\n\nKrystyna Krakowski serves as a firefighter/paramedic with Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue\, a profession long considered one of the most physically and culturally demanding male-dominated fields. Through her service in emergency response\, technical rescue\, and firefighter wellness initiatives\, she has developed a strong commitment to resilience\, teamwork\, and leadership.\n\nHer experience includes serving on the department's Honor Guard\, Wellness Committee\, Technical Rescue Team\, and live fire training operations. Krakowski is passionate about fostering healthier workplace cultures where firefighters\, and especially women entering the field\, can thrive with confidence and authenticity.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nChristy A. Leite \n\nSr. Manager\, Manufacturing & Assembly\, WPB Operations\n\nChristy Leite is the Senior Manager of Manufacturing and Assembly for L3Harris Technologies Missile Solutions in West Palm Beach\, where she leads manufacturing operations\, engineering\, and facilities across a two-shift team of 60 employees. She oversees rocket engine production for major programs including NASA's Artemis and United Launch Alliance's Vulcan\, while driving innovation in advanced manufacturing\, including 3D-printed hardware and scaling production to meet growing demand.\n\nWith more than 35 years of experience in aerospace and manufacturing\, Christy is known for improving efficiency\, managing complex operations\, and leading high-performing teams. She is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of engineers\, particularly women in the field.\n\nShe holds a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University Pomona\, a Master's in Quality Systems Management\, and a Doctorate of Business Administration.
