DESCRIPTION:The Women in Business Council is dedicated to offering education and networking opportunities for Women in Business. The Women In Business 2024 Mentorship Academy\, Presented by Lickstein Plastic Surgery is an opportunity for women facing challenges affecting their career or business to grow personally and professionally. Each mentee is pair with a Mentor\, who provides mentees with guidance\, motivation\, and encouragement on their professional and personal journeys. Our six virtual sessions are complemented by an in-person Kickoff\, happy hours\, and Final Session. We strive to ensure that our mentees can take actionable steps\, with the one -on-one guidance of their mentors\, in order to realize their dreams. This program occurs every Spring. \n\n \n\nWHY?\n\nTo offer growth and support to a female businessperson.
