DESCRIPTION:The Women in Business Council is dedicated to offering education and networking opportunities for Women in Business. The Women In Business 2026 Mentorship Academy\, Presented by Lickstein Plastic Surgery is an opportunity for women facing challenges affecting their career or business to grow personally and professionally. Each mentee is pair with a mentor who provides mentees with guidance\, motivation\, and encouragement on their professional and personal journeys. Our six sessions are complemented by a Kickoff\, happy hours\, and a Final Session. We strive to ensure that our mentees can take actionable steps with the one-on-one guidance of their mentors in order to realize their dreams. \n\n \n\nWHY?\n\nTo offer growth and support to a female businessperson.
