DESCRIPTION:Join us for free adult yoga against the calming backdrop of Lake Worth Lagoon. All classes are led by certified instructors. Manatee Lagoon is pleased to offer these Mindful Moments health and wellness classes to the general public\, as part of its effort to serve the local community. All classes are offered outside by the beautiful Lake Worth Lagoon along the waterfront or under the banyan tree\, weather permitting. In inclement weather\, classes may be held inside the facility unless the space is unavailable due to a venue rental. Rental of the facility helps offset the operating expenses of our center\, which helps keep admission and parking free\, and supports all of the special programs and events we offer. Please be aware that program offerings are subject to change and availability may also vary based on factors such as staff schedules or other program bookings. Manatee Lagoon is dedicated to educating the public about manatees and Lake Worth Lagoon\, and inspiring communities to preserve and protect Florida's environment and wildlife for future generations.
