The ROLLOLOGY technique stems from the Feldenkreis method and Pilates\, which work together by stretching and strengthening the abdominals to properly align and support the body for optimal posture. Day: Every Saturday morning  Time: 9:30   10:30 a.m.  Manatee Lagoon has mats and foam rollers for all classes\, students can bring their own if they prefer  Cost: FREE\, but advance registration is required  Sign-ups open weekly for this class on Tuesday at 9 a.m. prior to the Saturday morning class  Registration caps at 15 students\, students must be 21 years of age or older
