Smith is a seasoned public administration leader with more than 20 years of experience advancing small business participation\, regulatory compliance\, and equitable economic development in Palm Beach County. She currently serves as the Compliance\, Training\, and Development Manager for the County's Office of Small Business Development\, where she leads initiatives that strengthen procurement integrity\, streamline development processes\, and expand opportunities for local entrepreneurs.\n\n\n\nAngela earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Florida A&M University and her Master of Public Administration from Liberty University. She serves as a voting member of the Palm Beach County Contract Review Committee\, is the Board Chair of the Equity Entrepreneur Center (E2C)\, and is an active member of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA).\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Palm Beach North Veterans Business Coalition: The Veterans Business Coalition\, hosted by the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce\, is a dedicated initiative designed to support and empower veteran entrepreneurs\, business owners\, and professionals.
