DESCRIPTION:Join our Palm Beach North Veterans Business Coalition on Tuesday\, May 26th from 10 - 11:30 a.m. as we take a tour of the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Main Office. This will be a joint tour with our local veterans at the Community Living Center\, the long-term living facility at the Thomas H. Corey VA Medical Center\, as well as some other local veteran organizations.\n\nIn recognition of the spirit of service surrounding Memorial Day\, we invite members of the veteran community and local professionals to join us for a unique\, behind-the-scenes look at how elections are administered right here in Palm Beach County.\n\n\n\nThis experience at the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections office begins with a welcome by Supervisor Wendy Sartory Link\, who will provide an inside look at the local elections process\, highlighting how votes are secured\, counted\, and protected. Attendees will also learn about meaningful ways they can stay engaged and continue serving their community through civic participation.\n\n\n\nGuests will also participate in a behind-the-scenes guided tour of the facility. This interactive experience offers a firsthand look at the equipment and processes that support secure elections.
