Known for his sharp analytical mindset\, he approaches housing development with a practical philosophy: "affordable housing is just a math problem." He holds a degree from the University of Florida\, with additional studies in accounting\, finance\, and real estate\, and brings a well-rounded background spanning construction\, strategic planning\, and public sector leadership. Outside of work\, Carlos enjoys life in Lake Worth Beach with his two daughters\, spending time surfing\, boating\, fishing\, cooking\, and traveling.\n\n\n\n\n\n*The Real Estate & Development Committee brings together professionals from across the real estate\, development\, construction\, architecture\, engineering\, and related industries to discuss issues\, trends\, and opportunities shaping the growth of the Palm Beach North region.
