DESCRIPTION:The Women in Business Council is dedicated to offering education and networking opportunities for Women in Business. WIBC Mentorship Bootcamp\, Presented by Lickstein Plastic Surgery is an opportunity for women facing challenges affecting their career or business to grow personally and professionally. The three-month Bootcamp will offer one-on-one mentorship paired with a virtual classroom with a focus on Leadership. Upon the completion of the course\, participants will have gained valuable knowledge and skills to advance their careers while building a network of personal and professional contacts.\n\n\n\nSession 1: March 9th - Leadership Toolbox: How To Lead Anything (a committee\, a council\, a company\, etc.)\n\n\n Supported by: Synovus Bank\n Facilitated by: Kimberly Lea\, President at Keiser University\n\nKimberly Lea\, Campus President of Keiser University\n\nKimberly Lea serves as the Campus President of Keiser University in West Palm Beach. She is passionate about the power of education to transform lives and impact communities. Under her leadership\, the West Palm Beach campus has grown and thrived by adding vibrant and relevant programs to meet the needs of local students and employers. She earned her B.S. in Business Education from Shippensburg University\, MBA from Florida Atlantic University\, and has an Ed.S with Keiser University. Kimberly is an active board member of several organizations including the Economic Council\, Education Foundation\, The Women's Foundation of Florida\, Executive Women of the Palm Beaches\, Leadership Palm Beach County\, and the Literacy Coalition. She has served on several panels to discuss the issues facing higher education and workforce readiness\, and she works to support a variety of organizations dedicated to helping women\, families\, and education.
