The Women In Business 2024 Mentorship Academy\, Presented by Lickstein Plastic Surgery is an opportunity for women facing challenges affecting their career or business to grow personally and professionally. Each mentee is pair with a Mentor\, who provides mentees with guidance\, motivation\, and encouragement on their professional and personal journeys. Our six virtual sessions are complemented by an in-person Kickoff\, happy hours\, and Final Session. We strive to ensure that our mentees can take actionable steps\, with the one -on-one guidance of their mentors\, in order to realize their dreams. This program occurs every Spring. \n\n \n\nWHY?\n\nTo offer growth and support to a female businessperson. We will:\n\n\n Identify career inhibitors in your life and work\n Create a strategy to overcome the various career inhibitors\n Helping you develop leadership skills for advancing her career \n Instill confidence and provide a business support network\n Helping you reach your fullest potential \n\nWHO can participate?\n\nWoman member (or future member) of the PBNCC must have at least 2 of the below:\n\n\n Women-owned business \n Younger Woman/Young Professional beginning her career or business\n Women reentering the workforce\n Women wanting to advance her career\n Women leaders working in the nonprofit sector\n\n\nDeadline to participate as a mentee is Friday\, April 12th at 12 NOON.\n\n \n\n\nInterested in becoming a mentor?
