Tackle this new watercolor pencil approach that goes beyond the common techniques used in regular watercolor painting. Learn how to turn your photographs into beautiful, figurative abstract pieces. We will break an image into its basic elements to design abstract compositions and create beautiful watercolors with finishes that cannot be achieved with anything but watercolor pencils. Images to work with will be supplied by Fernando.
 

• Day 1: Saturday, January 11 - (5 hours): 10:00 am to 4:00 pm - Instructive demos & exercises. Break for lunch then hands-on watercolor pencil instruction
• Day 2: Friday, January 17 - (3 hours): 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Tips and tricks, corrections, problem solving, and critique
