Geoffrey Grace Jervis (50), co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mint Eco Car Wash. Mr. Jervis co-founded Mint Eco Car Wash in 2019 with his business partners, Jake Menges and Vic Monteleone. Mint Eco currently owns three car washes in Palm Beach County: Mint Eco Car Wash West Palm Beach East (316 Southern Boulevard), Mint Eco Car Wash West Palm Beach West (1950 Golden Lakes Boulevard), and Mint Eco Car Wash Jupiter (220 Maplewood Drive), as well as multiple development sites.
In early 2022, Mint Eco raised $50 million dollars of equity predominantly from an investor group led by Wind River Holdings, a Philadelphia-based family office. Mint Eco’s near-term plan is to grow a portfolio of 50+ washes primarily in Palm Beach County. In addition to his work at Mint, Mr. Jervis is also a member of the faculty of the Rinker School of Business at Palm Beach Atlantic University where he currently teaches.
Prior to co-founding Mint, Mr. Jervis had a 20-year career on Wall Street in the commercial real estate finance industry. Most recently, Mr. Jervis was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for iStar, a publicly traded real estate firm (NYSE: STAR). Mr. Jervis’ responsibilities at iStar included all accounting, finance and capital markets activities. Prior to iStar, Mr. Jervis was chief financial officer for STAG Industrial (NYSE: STAG), Blackstone Mortgage Trust (NYSE: BXMT) and Capital Trust (NYSE: CT). In the aggregate, Mr. Jervis has raised over $20 billion of public and private equity and debt, including managing the IPO of BXMT and SAFE (an iStar subsidiary). Mr. Jervis has an MBA (Beta Gamma Sigma honors) from Columbia University and a BA in History from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Jervis lives in West Palm Beach.

Coupon registrations will be treated the same as cash registrations and adhere to the event cancellation policy (below). If you register with a coupon and are a no-show, your coupon will still be collected and cannot be used for a future event.
Event Cancellation Policy: A notice of cancellation must be received by emailwithin 48 hours (2 business days) prior to the event. NO verbal cancellations will be accepted. All cancellation notices received within 72 hours (3 business days) prior to the event will be given an event credit of equal value. Event credits will be applied upon request and are good for up to 1 year from the purchase date. There are NO REFUNDS.
NOTE: Premier Events (ArtiGras Tickets / Loggerhead Triathlon Registrations) and Special Events (The Leadership Awards Dinner / Holiday Mixer / Business 2 Baseball / Golf Classic / Valor & Community Service Awards) do not qualify for an event credit upon cancellation. Contributions or gifts to the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
