About our featured Speaker: Jervonte “Tae” Edmonds is a purpose-driven leader, community builder, and advocate for opportunity. As a Florida State Representative and the Founder and CEO of Career Ready, the nation’s leading youth workforce development organization, Tae is creating real pathways to leadership, economic mobility, and generational success. He is also the author of Adventures of the Rich and Famous, a children’s book that inspires confidence and big dreams in young readers.

Tae currently serves as Vice Chair of the Black Elected Officials of Palm Beach County and President-Elect of the Black Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County, where he works every day to strengthen local businesses, uplift communities, and open doors for others to lead.

A proud graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Tae contributes his time and heart to several boards, including the South Florida Fair, Chamber of the Palm Beaches, Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, Edna Runner Tutorial Center, and Leadership Palm Beach County.

Through his work in public service, business, and education, Tae Edmonds is building more than programs he’s building people. His passion lies in helping individuals unlock their potential, and his impact is felt not just in students, but in the families and communities they uplift along the way.
