Join us each Friday this month for a fun, energetic 45 minute fitness class. Taught by local certified instructors from an award winning boutique fitness club.

Equipment needed: Yoga Mat
Description:
This class is meant for all age ranges and body types. If you are looking to strengthen your abdominals as well as maintain good posture, then Core Pilates is for you. It also has a strong mind/body connection, so you may like it if you enjoy yoga, but need a more intense core workout. No aerobics here, but rest assured, we will work on your breathing while the muscles in your whole body will be activated for this 45 minute session. Let’s have some fun! Bring a mat!
