Full Body Pump combines strength, agility and cardio into and 8 exercise circuit performed for 3 rounds. Get ready to push your body to its limits while you sweat with friends from a distance. All exercises can be modified to fit individuals on all levels. No equipment necessary. Mat suggested for floor exercises.
