Since 1983 the Leadership Engage program has offered successful professionals a powerful new network and a transformative learning experience and continues to be our flagship program.

Leadership Palm Beach County offers the Engage program as a way to unite and educate our county’s most promising leaders. Each class consists of a group of motivated, informed, and diverse professionals. These professionals are selected through a competitive application process and chosen for their leadership and service within Palm Beach County.

Each Engage class is made up of a diverse group of approximately 50 professionals from various industries and communities from all over Palm Beach County.
