The Basics of Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning Workshop
This workshop is designed to simplify key estate planning concepts, including irrevocable trusts, revocable trusts, powers of attorney (POAs), trustees, and related legal roles. These topics can be complex, and our goal is to provide clear explanations and real-life examples to help you better understand how your estate may be structured.
This is an educational session—no documents will be created, and no attorneys will be present. Instead, the workshop is designed to prepare you for more effective conversations with the attorney you choose, potentially saving time and reducing legal fees.
We will also cover planning for long-term care needs, including hybrid insurance solutions, traditional long-term care coverage, self-insuring strategies, and government programs.
The session is interactive, designed to give you a clear understanding of your options, and all questions are welcome.
