Whether you’re exploring the program for the first time, considering applying, or returning as an alum or mentor, this is your opportunity to learn more and get connected.

The Women in Business Council (WIBC) is dedicated to creating meaningful education, connection, and support for women at every stage of their professional journey. The 2026 WIBC Mentorship Academy, Presented by Lickstein Plastic Surgery, is designed for women who are navigating career growth, transitions, or new challenges in business or leadership.
