Assistant Office Manager

Growing Real Estate Law firm in downtown West Palm Beach seeking an admin who can specialize in Legal Billing.

The ideal candidate will be a professional who helps keep the office running smoothly. You will handle billing, collections and opening new files for the legal department. Additionally, you will be the point person for clients and attorneys.

Responsibilities

  • Sending invoices and monitoring balances to ensure each account is paid on time and in full.
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers
  • Handle communication with clients

Qualifications

  • QuickBooks experience is a must
  • Experience in legal billing is a must
  • Attention to detail

This is a Full-Time in-person role.
