Revenue Operations Analyst
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join a boutique Cybersecurity consultancy. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our revenue operations. You will be responsible for analyzing client revenue, tracking commissions, and identifying any discrepancies. This is a full time position with 3 days per week in our office in Palm Beach Gardens

Key Responsibilities:
•Revenue Analysis: Analyze client revenue data by supplier to identify trends and potential opportunities.
•Commission Tracking: Track commissions for subcontractors based on closed orders in HubSpot CRM.
•Anomaly Identification: Identify and investigate commission or payment anomalies.
•System Utilization: Work effectively with our company CRM, commission system, and M365 suite.
•Data Analysis: Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze large datasets and create insightful reports.
•Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

Qualifications:
•A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related experience
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot is a plus
•Good communicator, willing to learn and a team player

Compensation Package:
•Base Salary $40,000
•Company Bonus Plan up to 15% of Salary
