Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive wellness exams, diagnostics, and treatments
- Manage a variety of small animal medical and surgical cases
- Collaborate with and mentor a skilled team of veterinary professionals
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical records using EHR
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinic protocols
- Provide excellent client communication and education

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited institution
- Licensed or eligible to practice in Florida
- Familiarity with EHR systems and modern diagnostic tools
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Passion for team collaboration and mentorship
- Excellent communicator with a client-first mindse
