Fort Lauderdale law office is seeking an associate to join their busy Real Estate Practice Group.  The ideal candidate will have top academic credentials and 3-5 years of transactional commercial real estate experience, including real estate purchases and sale contract management experience (including contract review and amendment drafting capabilities), as well as transactional management.  Candidate should have experience with lender (loan) documents for commercial transactions and title experience is also a plus. The candidate must be conscientious, extremely detail-oriented and have exceptional organizational, analytical and writing skills.   Listening to and understanding the supervisory partner objectives as well as client's business objectives then achieving those objectives is also a requirement.  This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic commercial real estate and transaction practice where one can gain responsibility and client interaction.  Candidate must be a member of the Florida bar.
