Front Desk Coordinator

Law firm looking to hire Front Desk Coordinator for a full-time position. We are a local firm that enjoys a great relationship of team members who work together to serve the needs of our clients. We are growing. This is an in person position. 
 
This person for this position has a smile in their voice and on their face.  The applicant will handle the telephone, greet visitors, input data, application of payments to software, scanning, handling the mail in and out of the office, manage multiple files and coordinate the calendar.  Candidate needs to possess strong organizational skills, be comfortable following a systematic procedure and be consistently accurate in work product as all are crucial to success in this position.  Candidate should have a friendly, professional demeanor and be able to clearly communicate with others as this position interacts with both the public and the internal practice team on a daily basis.
 
Candidates need to be proficient in Microsoft 2010, be willing to learn SharePoint in Microsoft and comfortable using software to schedule appointments.  Knowledge of Practice Panther and/or familiarity with billing and calendar software a plus but not required. Work experience with references in a similar field is preferred but not required.  Starting salary is $18.00 per hour but can increase based on current experience level.  Great group Benefits begin after the successful completion of a 90-day probationary period. Main office location – Jupiter, Florida.
