Miami law office is seeking an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join its Insurance Practice Group.  The associate will work closely with partners who represent large insurance companies in defending them in trial and appellate actions throughout the state and federal court systems.  Specifically, the associate will draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and will also be responsible for attending hearings. The ideal candidate will have top academic credentials, strong writing skills, and litigation experience, preferably in defending first, third-party, and bad-faith claims. This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic insurance litigation practice where one can gain responsibility and client interaction.  Candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar.
