The Role (Read This Carefully)

This is a pure new business hunter role.

No renewals.
No account management.
No upsells.
No hand-holding.

You are here to build pipeline, break into net-new accounts, and close.


What You’ll Do

  • Own 100% net-new logo acquisition

  • Build your own pipeline through outbound:

    • Cold calls

    • Email

    • LinkedIn

    • Video

    • DMs

  • Drive direct C-level conversations to clear yes/no decisions

  • Close deals in the $25K–$45K range (enterprise upside $100K+)

  • Sell confidently to CHROs, CMOs, CEOs, and executive leaders

  • Run a tight, disciplined sales process from first touch to close

  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene (HubSpot)


What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience

  • Proven history of self-generated pipeline and closed deals

  • Experience closing $25K+ deals without SDR or inbound support

  • Comfort selling to C-suite buyers

  • Mastery of:

    • LinkedIn

    • HubSpot or Salesforce

    • Modern outbound tools

  • High urgency, resilience, and zero fear of outreach

  • You take ownership. You don’t wait to be told what to do.
