Emily M. O’Mahoney, FASLA, LEED®AP BD+C,Partner at 2GHO, has been a registered landscape architect in private practice since 1980. She designs award-winning projects from single-family residential, parks to mixed-use new urbanism development with emphases on the details that make a space successful in a sustainable manner. As a Fellow in her professional society, ASLA, she has served as the Florida Trustee, Chapter President, Government Affairs and Education Chairs. Emily mentors emerging landscape architects towards becoming licensed, students in landscape architecture, and other professional women. Accessibility is considered Emily’s technical specialty, teaching on the state and national levels. She chairs the soon to be released technical series on accessibility for ASLA.
