Lance Petrie has a strong background in engineering, design, and construction, which perfectly complements his current role as the Co-founder and CEO of VIP Adjusting, a Public Adjusting company specializing in property damage insurance claims for homeowners and business owners.

Prior to his current venture, Lance worked for CH2MHill, a renowned engineering firm, where he designed facilities and infrastructure projects on a global scale. After more than 15 years in the engineering industry, he decided to return to his roots in South Florida and partner with a first-party claims attorney to create a family business focused on handling insurance claims.

With his extensive experience in engineering design, Lance is an expert in assessing facility damage and determining what it takes to restore them. Furthermore, his skills in evaluating insurance claims, interpreting policy language, and negotiating favorable settlements for policyholders make him a valuable resource in the insurance industry.
