Wendy Conrad is a Work Culture Strategist, Certified Chief Happiness Officer, and founder of Your Happy Workplace, which helps small businesses that care about their people and their bottom line become more profitable by developing and strengthening their work culture. 
 
After graduating Cum Laude with her Bachelor’s Degree from FAU and working for several small businesses for over 2 decades, she uses what she's learned to design happier, more efficient workplaces for others. 

Wendy is a Florida Native, Golden Girls fan, and karaoke contest winner. She lives in Port Saint Lucie with her husband and senior dog.
