Born in Ecuador and raised in New York since age 11, I’ve worn many hats—war veteran, engineer, MBA—but the one I’m proudest to wear today is founder. I started my business out of a simple truth: I love desserts. But the deeper motivation came from something harder to ignore—one in three Americans is diabetic or pre-diabetic, and most of what’s sold as food is making things worse. There’s a gaping hole in the market—no one’s stepping up to serve the millions of people caught in this health crisis. The system is built for convenience and profit, not wellness. And the big players aren’t changing anytime soon.
So I decided to do something about it.
My company isn’t just about food—it’s about creating value for people who’ve been overlooked. I’m working to offer real, enjoyable nourishment that supports health without sacrificing flavor. This isn’t a marketing angle—it’s a mission. I believe business can be a force for good when it's driven by purpose, not just margins.
Credentials matter—sure. But the work speaks louder. I’m here to build something that helps real people live better lives. Simple as that.
