Schelle is a second generation Florida native and a graduate of the University of Florida. Schelle is the President and qualifying contractor for Dolphin Sheet Metal, Inc. since 1995. She is also the estimator and is a sheet metal tradeswoman. She wears many hats at Dolphin Sheet Metal, Inc., but no matter what task she is completing; her primary goal is customer satisfaction. Her general management philosophy is to attempt to be a skillful manager and utilize the modern methods, equipment and ideas to effectively manage her company and to adhere to ethical practices. She leads her company to support the construction industry, community and their employees as a good corporate citizen. She holds a State of Florida Certified Contractor License CSC056647, and a State of Florida Community Association Manager License CAM 8583. Schelle was appointed by Governor Rick Scott in January, 2016 to the Construction Industry Licensing Board and represents Sheet Metal Contractors on this Board.
