Sandro Herrera, Founder of Oasis Capital Solutions LLC, is a successful real estate entrepreneur with a focus on property management and home watch services. The company was founded in February of 2018 as Sandro realized after years of working in real estate a need in the market. 

Sandro is a proud Seminole and alumni of The Florida State University with a Bachelors in International Business & Marketing degree. Since 2001 Sandro has obtained a variety of experiences working in real estate in different capacities including selling time shares, residential & corporate real estate. Because of this experience it was readily apparent that the market had a need for higher level service focused on property management and home watch services. This focus was intentional as it brings together all facets of business together including contractual knowledge of residential real estate, networking vendors and business relationships. Every customer is treated the same no matter how small or big of a transaction with integrity and professionalism as Oasis continues to grow their referral base organically. 

Sandro is a local to Palm Beach County and resides in the town of Palm Beach Shores together with this wife and dog where they enjoy all that water sports has to offer. Sandro enjoys community outreach and volunteering when possible. Sandro volunteered with the WPB Hospitality Association in an aid mission to the Bahamas to bring supplies and labor where needed. Besides sitting on the Board for BEI, Sandro is a member of the North Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce, Marine Industries Association of Palm Beach County and the Jupiter Lighthouse & Museum Society and FSU Seminole Alumni Group of Palm Beach County.
