Busch Wildlife Sanctuary launches new membership program

Busch Wildlife Sanctuary at Abramson & Schlaggar Reserve is excited to announce the launch of its new membership program, beginning January 1, designed to bring the community closer to Florida’s native wildlife while supporting the Sanctuary’s two-fold mission of wildlife rehabilitation and environmental education.

Members will enjoy exclusive perks, including special events and behind-the-scenes wildlife encounters, discounts on merchandise available in the Sanctuary’s gift shop, early access to new programs and special announcements, recognition on the website, and more.

Busch Wildlife Sanctuary has remained steadfast in its mission to provide environmental education to the public throughout its 40-year history, offering free admission to its campus. The new membership program enhances the opportunity for visitors to connect deeper with the Sanctuary’s mission through unique experiences while directly funding food, medical care, and a safe environment to the Sanctuary’s permanent animal ambassadors and wildlife rehabilitation center patients.

“Our new membership program allows supporters to experience the Sanctuary in a different, meaningful way while making a tangible difference for Florida’s native species,” said Chief Executive Officer Amy Kight. “With varying giving levels, there’s a way for families and wildlife enthusiasts alike to get involved.”

Memberships are valid for one full year from the date of purchase. Levels range from $50 to $1,000 and are available now online at www.buschwildlife.org/memberships
