West Palm Beach, FL – NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc., one of South Florida’s leading commercial real estate brokerage and investment firms, is pleased to announce a joint Broker of the Year award for 2024. Managing Directors Lesley Sheinberg, a recognized expert in medical office sales and leasing, and Bruce Corn, the firm’s long-standing retail specialist, are co-recipients of the award.
 
This annual recognition is awarded to brokers who exceed client expectations through market expertise and performance, while also demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and community involvement. This year, NAI/Merin Hunter Codman is proud to acknowledge both Lesley Sheinberg and Bruce Corn for their exceptional contributions.
 
This marks Bruce’s 10th time being honored as Broker of the Year and Lesley’s fourth consecutive and sixth career win.  Ms. Sheinberg has built a reputation as a top office and medical-sector leasing broker, while Mr. Corn has served as NAI/Merin Hunter Codman’s retail expert for over 25 years, representing prominent landlords and tenants in South Florida and throughout the southern United States.
 
The 2024 Brokers of the Year completed over 300,000 SF of leasing and sales transactions, with a transaction value in excess of $52 million. Throughout her career, Lesley Sheinberg has completed more than 2.4 MSF of transactions, including nearly 900,000 SF in the medical sector, totaling over $235 million in transaction volume. Bruce Corn has completed nearly 5 MSF of transactions, with a career transaction volume exceeding $350 million.
