Lewis, Longman & Walker Elects Telsula C. Morgan as Shareholder

Lewis, Longman & Walker, P.A. (LLW) announced today the election of Telsula C. Morgan as a shareholder of the firm, recognizing her leadership, legal excellence, and longstanding contributions to clients, colleagues, and the broader community.

“Telsula exemplifies the very best of our firm—integrity, collaboration, and exceptional, client-focused service,” said Tara Duhy, President and Shareholder of LLW. “Her election reflects both the strength of her practice and her character. Telsula is a demonstrated leader within LLW and also in the wider community.”

A member of LLW since 2015, Morgan serves as Vice-Chair of the firm’s Native American Law Practice Group. Her practice spans environmental, land use, natural resources, and tribal law, advising clients on complex regulatory and governance matters. Earlier this year, she was sworn into the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, placing her among a distinguished group of attorneys eligible to argue before the nation’s highest court. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for Environmental and Native American Law since 2024 and has been named an “Up and Comer” in Environmental Law by the South Florida Legal Guide since 2017.

In addition to her role at LLW, Morgan serves as General Counsel to the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches and Leadership Palm Beach County. She provides strategic legal guidance that supports sound governance, economic development, and civic leadership throughout the region.

Her professional leadership also extends to the legal community, where she serves as Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for the Palm Beach County Bar Association and as a member of the Executive Council of the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources.

Committed to service beyond the courtroom, Morgan serves on the Board of the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County and as Scholarship Chair for the West Palm Beach Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., helping expand educational access and opportunity for students in the community.

Reflecting the breadth of her impact, Morgan was named an ATHENA Leadership Award finalist earlier this year—an honor recognizing individuals who demonstrate professional excellence, community leadership, and a commitment to mentoring and uplifting others.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida.
