Want to learn how to do business with local government? The City of Palm Beach Gardens, along with ten other intergovernmental agencies, invites businesses to attend the Annual Vendor Open House and Workshop on Friday, March 20, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at a new location - the Burns Road Community Center, Palm Room (4404 Burns Road).
Purchasing managers from across Palm Beach County will advise business owners and will be available to discuss current and upcoming purchasing opportunities. Any vendor selling a product or service will gain valuable information on upcoming capital projects and how to respond to bids. This year, Inspector General John Carey with the Palm Beach County Office of Inspector General will give remarks about avoiding common vendor pitfalls. City of Boca Raton Purchasing Manager Ivelsa Guzman will speak about how proposed property tax changes may impact contracting dollars.
Attending the Annual Vendor Open House and Workshop will be representatives from the City of Palm Beach Gardens, the Palm Beach County Office of Inspector General, City of Boca Raton, Palm Beach County Commission on Ethics, Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, City of Riviera Beach, Town of Palm Beach, Town of Jupiter, Seacoast Utility Authority, Village of Wellington, and South Florida Water Management.
This event is free to attend and no registration is required. For a detailed event agenda, visit www.pbgfl.gov/vendorworkshop.
