Job Overview:
Our Client is seeking a strategic and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead their online sales operations and ensure a seamless, engaging, and high-converting customer experience across all digital channels.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of their online store, including setting up and maintaining Shopify, tracking key performance metrics, handling administrative tasks, managing inventory, providing operational support, and collaborating with other departments (such as marketing, customer service and finance). This position requires expertise in Shopify Plus and strong analytical skills. This position reports directly to the Marketing Director and the Creative Director.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $100,000 - $120,000, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day order processing, inventory control, and returns.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Ensure proper administrative workflows and documentation.
- Set up and maintain the Shopify store.
- Upload products, manage collections, and optimize basic UX/UI.
- Integrate payment, shipping, and automation tools.
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, CAC, LTV, AOV, etc.
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights. It needs to collect data, read it, analyze it, and provide recommendations for site improvements.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Reports, Klaviyo, Figma, Adobe, Clarity, and Azure.
- Identify and implement automation for repetitive tasks.
- Recommend improvements in operations for better efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in new Shopify practices, apps to integrate into their store, and more.
- Manage the development and maintenance of the company's app (iOS, Android, web).
- Collaborate closely with internal and external developers to ensure timely updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.
- Stay ahead of platform requirements and updates across Apple Developer and Azure ecosystems.
- Coordinate app store submissions, compliance updates, and SDK integrations.
- Track and test app performance in real time, providing clear feedback to dev teams for optimization.
- Monitor release cycles and ensure smooth rollout of new versions with minimal disruption to users.
- Align app updates with broader marketing, product, and customer service strategies.
- Continuously research, recommend, and implement new Shopify apps or tools to enhance conversion rates and user experience.
- Analyze site behavior and suggest actionable improvements through apps that support upsells, reviews, loyalty, A/B testing, and personalization.
- Ensure seamless integration and performance of third-party apps without disrupting the core functionality of the Shopify store.
- Set up, manage, and optimize Gorgias to streamline customer support workflows across email, chat, social, and SMS.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to improve ticket resolution time, automate responses, and enhance the support experience.
- Leverage Gorgias data to identify pain points, recurring issues, and opportunities for operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years managing Shopify stores or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with Shopify Plus (mandatory).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Looker Studio, Adobe, Figma, and Clarity, Azure).
- Strong organizational skills and process-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and suggest operational/strategic improvements.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or automation platforms like Zapier.
