Florencia Ziemke, MD, dABOM
Founder and Chief Medical Officer, Evexia Medical
With two decades of clinical and research experience in the field of Health, Medicine & Obesity Nutrition, Dr.Ziemke is a passionate advocate of driving health beyond brick & mortar. She is completed her internal medicine residency, at St. Elizabeth’s Tufts Medical School, fellowship in the Dept of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism, at Beth Israel Deaconess Harvard Medical School, and postdoctoral training in Neuroscience at MIT Sloan School of Business.
She is double-board certified and has worked at top national centers with affiliations at Boston University, Tufts, and Harvard Medical School.
She is currently the founder of Evexia (ee-vek-cia) Medical: a health startup, centered on health & well-being, individualizing care by leveraging on digital technology, and bringing hospital grade care to the heart of a small practice, at the fingertips of each individual.
She serves on the Network Advisory Committee of The Obesity Society, the Editorial Board of Obesity Pillars, and is a Medical Advisor for key industries in the field. She is the current Vice President of the Florida Obesity Society.
Her research has been published in relevant medical journals including The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Diabetes Care, and The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism. Her latest work explores an FDA-cleared Class II device for nausea relief in people taking GLP1s (like Ozempic and Mounjaro).
She is one of our own, Women in Business Council, a two year consecutive Mentor at the Mentorship Academy, a Leadership FOCUS graduate 2025, and a true advocate of healthy living in the community leading by example.

Chelsea Reed
City Councilmember, City of Palm Beach Gardens
Councilmember and Former Mayor of Palm Beach Gardens, is an award-winning leader with decades of experience in business development and philanthropy. She is also the Managing Director of Corporate Development at Republic Capital Group and Principal Consultant for Smith Reed Partners. Chelsea loves the quality of life in her hometown of Palm Beach Gardens and, with her husband of 30 years, Michael, has raised two children and built their careers in Palm Beach County.
She enjoys providing professional and student mentorship and is a popular public speaker. In her free time, she is a trail and ultra-relay runner, adventure traveler, and water sport athlete.
Chelsea recently received national recognition, winning the Community Transportation Association of America Outstanding Community Partner of the Year Award and statewide recognition from the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged as the 2024 Local Elected Official of the Year. She is the Chair of the Palm Beach Transportation Planning Agency Governing Board and Transit Disadvantaged Board, the 2023 Distinguished Alumni Award recipient from the Benjamin School, the 2022 Leadership Palm Beach County Public Sector Leadership Excellence Award winner, the Immediate Past President of Palm Beach County League of Cities, and the 2022 Complete Streets Champion Award winner for Palm Beach County. She was chosen as one of the 2024 and 2023 Palm Beach Illustrated’s Palm Beach 100 Most Influential Business Leaders. Chelsea prides herself on her accessibility, transparent communication, and dedication to her community, supporting a strong economy and healthy business climate for residents, while encouraging sustainably and maintaining Palm Beach Gardens’ 50% greenspace.

Hannah Marchesani
Movement Expert, Jupiter Massage and Pilates
Hannah brings over five years of hands-on experience in movement and strength training, specializing in helping individuals build a deeper connection between mind and body. As a Pilates instructor, she is deeply passionate about promoting overall health and wellness through intentional movement.
Her approach blends precision, control, and breathwork—principles at the heart of Pilates—to support clients in developing strength and body awareness. She joined Jupiter Massage & Pilates with the belief that movement isn’t just exercise—it’s medicine for the brain. Hannah’s sessions are known for being both challenging and rejuvenating, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

Nico Dilorenzo
Movement Expert, Jupiter Massage and Pilates
He works hard to incorporate his anatomical knowledge to his clients’ workouts, creating a unique workout for each of his clients’ needs. Nico understands the importance of movement and how it affects the brain and body, and he strives to teach others. Trained in Manual Stretching and Deep Tissue Massage, Nico has helped many of our clients find relief from pain, regain strength, balance and confidence.

Cancellations under 48 hours prior to the event, will NOT receive event credit in order to solidify attendance numbers with the event venue. All cancellation notices received BEFORE 48 hours (2 business days) prior to the event will be given an event credit of equal value. Event credits will be applied upon request and are good for up to 1 year from the purchase date. There are NO REFUNDS.
