The company is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and seeks motivated sales professionals to join their growing team.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary: $45,000–$50,000 plus commissions that reward performance

What You’ll Do
- High volume of inbound and outbound consumer calls with professionalism, respect, and empathy
- Build strong, positive relationships with customers nationwide
- Develop customer relationships, and close transactions that help customers meet their objectives
- Track all sales activities in a CRM system
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Collaborate with managers and co-workers, and later mentoring newer hires
What We’re Looking For
- Strong cold caller
- No prior probate or estate law knowledge required
- Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills
- Good judgment, patience, and excellent listening skills
- Ability to manage sales opportunities from first contact to closure
