The highly anticipated opening marks a significant addition to South Florida’s oceanfront dining landscape. Set against sweeping Atlantic Ocean views, AYRE by Karma brings together Ayurvedic inspiration, modern Indian artistry, and a health-forward culinary philosophy. The concept is rooted in Karma Modern Indian’s reputation for hosting diplomats, global entrepreneurs and cultural leaders in Washington, DC, now reimagined for north Palm Beach County’s premier oceanfront resort.??
AYRE by Karma will offer an elevated dining experience that highlights vibrant spices, seasonal ingredients, and progressive culinary techniques, all thoughtfully aligned with Amrit Ocean Resort’s focus on mindful living and coastal luxury.
The menu will feature à la carte options, alongside three-, five-, and seven-course tasting menus ($75, $105, and $145 pp) with optional wine pairings. The three-course chef tasting menu includes Tellicherry Pepper Crab or Coconut Avocado Tikki as first course options; Spinach & Paneer Croquettes, Grilled Branzino, Gucchi Chicken, or Grilled Lamb Chops as second course options; and Guava Samoa, Dal (Lentil) Halwa Pât de Fruit, Qubani Apricot Confit, or Coconut Sorbet for a sweet finale.
Wine pairings are available for an additional $50, $85 or $105 and feature selections such as Domaine Fouassier “Sur Le Fort” Sancerre (Loire Valley, France); Baroli Barolo Achille (Baroli, Italy); Marcanda “Vistamare” (Tuscany, Italy); Jean-Charles Boisset No 21 (Burgundy, France); and Canard-Duchêne Champagne (Montagne de Reims, France).
À la carte menu highlights include favorites from the Washington Karma Modern Indian flagship, Lobster Masala ($68), Pindi Chickpeas ($22) and Chévre & Herb Naan ($10), as well as Jicama Jashan ($18) Paneer Pesto ($14), and Amritsari Snapper ($22).
AYRE by Karma will welcome diners into a stunning space, where the studio kitchen seamlessly flows to a breezy oceanfront terrace, elevated for sweeping views of the Atlantic, immersing diners into a culinary craft.
The menu highlights fresh spices ground in-house, seasonal local produce and time-honored cooking techniques, including signature tandoor breads and live fire elements.
The restaurant will offer 80 seats, including both indoor and al fresco dining, as well as an outdoor lounge offering light bites, craft cocktails, and wines by the glass.
Chef Asif Syed gained national acclaim after defeating Bobby Flay and appearing on Guy’s Grocery Games and Cutthroat Kitchen. He has been invited to the White House twice and has had the honor of cooking at the Vice President’s residence for a state dinner.
