Circuit training is an exercise routine that involves performing a series of 4-6 exercises in with 30 second rest between them. The exercises include a combination of resistance training, cardiovascular exercises, and bodyweight movements.
Our Master Trainer, Chris Hurban, will instruct, guide and motivate you through the series of movements.
The goal of circuit training is to improve muscular endurance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness in a time-efficient manner. It is often structured as follows:
- Dynamic Warm up (7-10 minutes)
- Perform an exercise targeting a specific muscle group.
- Rest for a short period (e.g., 30 seconds).
- Move to the next station and perform next exercise
- Rest for 30 seconds
- Repeat the circuit for a specified number of rounds
