Our client is a Title Company, Real Estate Law Firm, and Investor Lending Company. 3 established, growing real estate companies, with a great reputation, all under one roof, is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager/ Sales Leader, downtown in West Palm Beach, FL.

We are 20 years in the business, not a start up.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate (likely a realtor) has experience in residential real estate transactions, understands the business of real estate sales, and has deep knowledge of how to leverage digital marketing and media to achieve sales in these areas.

If you like to think outside the box and have an entrepreneurial spirit, this job will be creative and fun. You will also take customer feedback, work in teams, and better our current or introduce new products. Much opportunity for a self driven, organized, creative, ambitious person with vision.

Your goal is to expand our footprint of closing real estate deals, better than everyone else, state wide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working independently, and with a young, innovative, agile team.
• Planning, creating content, and delivering email, social media, website, and other digital marketing (WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). You will have much assistance here.
• Creating marketing plans. You will have much assistance here.
• Coordinate and execute sales efforts.
• Reporting to the team on accomplishments and goals.
• Work with local vendors and freelancers to complete projects
• Build/modify simple websites

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base $45k- $55k/year, commissions should exceed base, plus benefits
• Full-time position, in office, in street meeting realtors, and at home when the work warrants (i.e. video editing). Base pay commensurate with experience plus commissions. If you love real estate, are ambitious, this should be 6 figures… plus.
